where's my order?
check your inbox for a tracking email (subject: "your snacks are en route!"). still nothing after 3 business days? call us with your order number (starts with SA-) and we'll figure it out.
my earrings broke. now what?
handmade things sometimes need repair. call or text us within 60 days of purchase — we'll either repair it (free) or replace it. read the full warranty + return policy.
do you do custom requests?
sometimes. if you want a specific snack we don't currently make, text us a photo of the snack + any sizing notes. we'll let you know if it's feasible and quote a price (usually $30-60 for one-off pieces).
can i return something?
yep — 30 day return policy, no questions asked. call or text us to start a return; we'll send a prepaid label. earrings must be unworn for hygiene reasons.
why no email?
honestly? inboxes are awful. joanna runs Snack Attack solo (with her partner helping on weekends) — calls + texts route to a real human in real time. it's faster, more personal, and we can usually solve your problem before we hang up.
