Every Snack Attack piece is handmade in Brooklyn — which means human hands assembled it, and human hands sometimes need a tune-up. If your earrings break, lose a finding, or develop a flaw within 60 days of purchase, we'll repair or replace them. Free.

If you don't love your bite, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll send you a prepaid return label — no questions asked. Earrings must be unworn (for hygiene), all original packaging included.

- Manufacturing defects — flawed resin, weak findings, finish issues
- Broken earring posts — within first 60 days of normal wear
- Lost charms / dangles — if a piece falls off due to faulty assembly
- Color fade / discoloration — if it's premature (i.e., not after 2 years of daily wear)
we can't cover
- Lost earrings — sorry, we can't replace what slipped down the drain
- Damage from showering / swimming — resin is water-resistant, not waterproof
- Damage from drops or pets — our resin is sturdy but not indestructible
- Wear after 60 days — beyond that we can still repair, just for a small fee

how to file a claim
Call or text us with your order number (starts with SA-) and a photo of the issue. We respond same-business-day, usually within an hour. If it's a warranty repair, we'll send you a prepaid label and ship the fixed piece back within 5 business days.

what people actually ask
do i need the original packaging?
for returns within 30 days, yes — please include the hanging card and any other packaging. for warranty claims, no — just the broken/defective piece is fine.
what if i'm past 60 days and it breaks?
we still repair! it's just not free — typically $8–15 depending on the fix. call us with a photo and we'll quote you. we love keeping pieces in circulation rather than tossed.
can i exchange for a different style?
absolutely. within 30 days, you can exchange for any other product. if there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund the difference. call us to start an exchange.
what about gifts?
gift recipients get the same 60-day warranty + 30-day exchange window from the date they received the package. they'll need the order number (the gifter has it) or the recipient's name + city, and we'll find the order.
do you cover sale items?
full coverage applies to everything we sell, including final sale items, members-only drops, and bundle products. we're handmade — we stand behind it regardless of discount.
how do you handle international returns?
international returns work the same way (30-day window, prepaid label) but the label is USPS International — delivery back to Brooklyn typically takes 7–14 days. customs/import fees you paid are non-refundable per local law, but we'll refund the product + shipping in full.
