how often will you email me?
once a week max. Mondays at 9am EST. occasionally a Friday "surprise" if a restock or members-only drop is happening. that's it. no flash sales every 12 hours.
what if i only want restock alerts and not the rest?
that's encouraged. when you sign up you'll see three toggles for which kinds of emails you want — uncheck what you don't need. you can also change this anytime from your account.
do you sell or share my email?
never. we use Klaviyo to send the emails (the only third party that sees it). GDPR + CCPA compliant. one-click unsubscribe in every email.
when does my 10% off code arrive?
in your welcome email, within 5 minutes of subscribing. the code is good for 30 days on any single order. one use per customer.
can i unsubscribe later?
absolutely. one click in any email, or visit our unsubscribe page directly. no hard feelings ✦
i used to be on the list. why is it called "Snack List" now?
we renamed it from "Newsletter" because, well, nothing about Snack Attack is corporate. same emails, slightly punnier name. your subscription carries over.
