SMS Terms & Conditions

When you opt in to the Program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text (SMS/MMS) messages from us at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include promotions, special offers, product updates, order or account notifications, cart reminders, and similar content. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

You can join the Program in several ways, which may include:

• Submitting your mobile number through a sign-up form on our website;
• Texting a keyword to our number;
• Providing your number at checkout and checking the applicable consent box; or
• Otherwise giving your express written consent.

By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are old enough to consent to receive text messages under applicable law.

Message and data rates may apply. Any fees are charged by and payable to your mobile service provider. Message and data charges depend on your wireless plan and carrier. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan and any applicable charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

You can cancel the Program at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and then stop sending marketing text messages. You may continue to receive non-marketing transactional messages where permitted by law, such as those related to an existing order.

The Program may be available on major wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Carrier participation and availability may change without notice.

If you change or deactivate the mobile number you provided, you agree to promptly notify us so we can update our records and help prevent messages from being sent to a number that has been reassigned to someone else. You can update your information by contacting us at hello@craftedbyjoanna.com.

Your privacy is important to us. Information you provide in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information for third-party marketing purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for details about how we collect, use, and share your information.

To receive messages, you must have a compatible wireless device and service plan. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered due to factors outside our control, including issues with your device, carrier network, or wireless coverage.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when we post the revised SMS Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
