Wipe them down with a slightly damp cloth when they need it, then let them dry fully before they go back in the drawer. Skip the jewelry dip, the alcohol, and the ultrasonic cleaner — resin doesn't love any of them.
Otherwise, just treat them like the little handmade things they are. Keep them out of the shower and the pool, take them off before bed, and store them somewhere they won't get crushed. Do that and they'll outlast the snack they're named after.
