§1the 30-day window

Don't love your bite? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We include a prepaid return label — return shipping is on us.

For hygiene reasons, earrings must be unworn and returned with the original hanging card and packaging.

§2how to start

1. Call or text us at (385) 630-3116 with your order number (starts with SA-).
2. We email you a prepaid return label.
3. Drop it in any USPS mailbox.
4. Refund hits your original payment method ~3 business days after we receive it.

§3exchanges

Want a different style instead? Exchange for any product within 30 days. If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund it. Just call to start an exchange.

§4gifts

Gift recipients get the same 30-day exchange window from the date they received the package. You'll need the order number (the gifter has it) to start.

§5beyond 30 days

Past the return window but something broke? That's covered separately by our 60-day Warranty + Care — repair or replace, free.
