§1accepting these terms

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms with Crafted by Joanna LLC ("Snack Attack", "we", "us"). If you don't agree, please don't use the shop.

§2orders & pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse any order. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until your snacks ship.

§3handmade products

Every piece is hand-poured resin and glass, so slight variation in color, bubble, and finish is normal — it's a feature, not a defect. Photos are representative.

§4intellectual property

All designs, photos, copy, and the Snack Attack name are owned by Crafted by Joanna LLC ("Snack Attack", "we", "us"). Don't reproduce or resell them without written permission.

§5acceptable use

Don't misuse the site — no scraping, fraud, or interfering with its operation. Accounts that abuse promotions or referrals may be suspended.

§6liability & disputes

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Warranty and returns are covered separately under Warranty + Care and Returns.
