§1processing & speed

Orders are hand-packed within 1–3 business days. Because everything is made to order in small batches, the occasional popular drop may take an extra day — we'll text you if so.

§2shipping cost

Free shipping on every order over $35. Under that, flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on the speed you pick.

§3where we ship

We ship across the United States including PO boxes, APO/FPO, and US territories. International shipping is available to select countries at checkout; customs fees and duties are the recipient's responsibility.

§4tracking your bite

The moment your package ships, we email a tracking link (subject line: "your snacks are en route!"). You can also see tracking in your account under Orders.

§5lost or damaged

Arrived broken or never arrived? Call or text us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right — replacement or refund. See Warranty + Care.
